Breakdowns and trips to the shop

Tell us where it’s parked
Bikes don’t always stop somewhere convenient. Say where yours is: a driveway, a laneway, a parking garage, the side of the road. Mention gates, tight turns and low ceilings, so we can confirm the truck fits before it comes.
Home again after the repair
Most repair trips have a second half. Book both when you call, or ring again when the shop is done, and the bike comes back to your garage or driveway.

Can you come right now?
We work mostly by appointment. Sometimes it’s possible the same day, depending on where the truck is and what’s already booked, so call 416-651-2424 and ask. Sending the form doesn’t reserve a time.
Do you tow scooters and trikes?
Yes: motorcycles, scooters and trikes, and ATVs and garden equipment too. For a Spyder or a sidecar outfit, tell us the model first so we can confirm the equipment suits it.
What if the bike won’t roll?
Say so when you call or in the form. A seized wheel, a locked steering head or a missing key changes how the bike is loaded, so we confirm it before we come.
