Privacy
What happens to the details you send MotoLimo through this website, in plain words.
Last updated 3 November 2026.
What we collect
When you send a quote request we receive what you type into the form: the trip (service, pickup and destination, timing, number of bikes, bike type and model, whether it rolls), your name, phone number and email address, and any notes. We also keep the date and time it was sent and a one-way scrambled code made from your connection’s IP address, used only to stop spam and repeated sending; it can’t be turned back into the address.
Why
Only to answer your request: to price the trip, arrange it with you, and keep a record of the job. We don’t sell or share your details, and we don’t add you to any mailing list.
Where it’s kept
Requests are stored in a database on Cloudflare, the company that hosts this website, and MotoLimo reads them in a password-protected inbox. If email alerts are switched on, a copy of your request is also emailed to MotoLimo.
On your device
While you fill in the quote form, your answers are kept in your own browser for that tab only, so they survive a mistaken back-press; they’re cleared once the request is sent or the tab is closed. This website sets no cookies for visitors and runs no advertising or analytics scripts.
Video
The video on the About page comes from YouTube. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play; after that, YouTube’s own privacy policy applies.
How long
We keep requests as business records for as long as we need them, and delete yours if you ask.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email [email protected] or call 416-651-2424. We handle personal information in line with Canada’s private-sector privacy law (PIPEDA).
